The ZS(E) 150 (T) gear shaving machine by Gleason-Hearth boasts a fairly small footprint and is an extremely productive machine that is designed for refined completion of helical and soft spur gears and can be had with an optionally embedded deburring and chamfering station. This gear shaving machine can be used for parallel and underpass shaving, optionally for diagonal and plunge shaving. It is possible to manually load a wide range of automation systems and can be ordered with Fanuc or Siemens controls. The rear of the machine can be fitted with an optionally integrated deburring and chamfering station for parallel machining.
