Robotic deburring machine / high-pressure fluid jet
The AXIOME deburring machine uses extremely high pressure via a water/oil jet when deburring hard material parts using a pressure of 1000 to 3500 bar and when deburring soft materials a pressure of 250 to 1000 bar. This technology focuses on the fluid rate flow. The deburring machine can be used on copper, aluminum alloys, brass, plastic by-products and on parts such as interior parts of watch mechanisms, pump bodies in the automotive industry, mechanical parts made of materials, locks parts, etc.
The triplex pump has a flow rate to a max of 30 I/min, and the deburring heads have a fixed/rotating jet.
