It is a deflashing machine that can be used for deflashing various kinds of thermostat mouldings in a gentle manner. This single machine that has got various capabilities. In the case of operations with dual step that includes a swing table, mouldings can be deflashed either individually or in groups on two opposite satellites. Parts of one satellite undergoes deflashing while the latter is being loaded or unloaded. There is a modular system associated with it that allows different configurations to match with individual needs. As per the kinds of components used, there are two methods available for deflashing which are process blasting and fully automated - blasting. It is suitable to be used inselective deflashing and also in the economic turbine system. It can be associated with manufacturing cell without losing operational safety.
