The KEM Deburring Machine developed in WERA technical center is now built under FIMAT license. The machine is specially designed for deburring and chamfering special and bevel gears and is compatible with standard and special tools. It features an optimized concept for short serials and various work parts. The tool features 5 degrees of liberty and is capable to perform any work part profile with extreme precision and speed. It is also suitable for other complex work part shapes that requires precise and sharp chamfering. The compact machine features a completely guarded working area, bedplate with quick & easy shaving discharge and continuous speed adjustment. Loading area is suitable for access with tackle and the high milling speed removes any secondary burrs. The axis of the machine is free from manual adjustments.
