4-axis angled deburring machine / automatic / for PVC window and door - Trimmer 4A
Trimmer 4A is a CNC corner cleaning machine that can be easily configured (through the use of a CNC PC) for work with all kinds of standard acrylic or coated profiles. It is equipped with a piece-size checking function and a 250 mm knife for the cleaning of outer profile corners, as well as top and bottom mounted knives capable of performing the welding bead and inner corner cleaning functions. When used with gasket grooves the task is accomplished using top and bottom mounted drilling/milling units. This model allows separate programming of each individual machining unit and is available in three versions: manual, semi-automatic (with a round table) and fully automated version (with a round table and additional table extraction).
