3-axis angled deburring machine / automatic / for PVC window and door - Trimmer E

The Trimmer E is a CNC corner cleaning machine manufactured by Emmegi. It was designed specifically for the use in PVC frames with three interpolated axes and automatic cycle. It consists of a 300 mm diameter knife that cleans the external corner, top and bottom units with knives that clean the welding beads and the internal corners, and top and bottom drilling/milling units that cleans the gasket grooves. Through an integrated CNC PC, the machining units can be autonomously programmed.

Trimmer E has a Y-axis speed of 22.5m/mim, a Z-axis speed of 11.25m/min, a W-axis speed of 5rad/s, and unlimited milling profiles.
