Centrifugal disc finishing machine - 180 l | MF 180
Thanks to the modular design of the MF 180 type series, the processing containers can be arranged individually. The machines in this series are available exclusively as standalone machines with integrated base.The MF 180 is the consistent continued development of our centrifugal disk finishing machines in the area of medium-sized and large machines for use in industrial, pharmaceutical and implantation areas.
A continuous change of rotational speed ensures an all-side treatment of the workpiece. Special setting systems guarantee the problem-free use of the finest grinding and polishing media. As an option, the machine can be equipped with air-cool system, water dosing & rinsing systems.
The MF 180 is equipped with the proven ceramic setting system and is optionally available as 1-, 2-, container system with 180 litres of volume per container. Special variations, e.g. 3- to 4-container systems, are possible.
Due to our highly flexible own in house manufacturing, the MF 180 finishing machine can be individually customised for the customer's needs to be able to carry out different processing possibilities in a machine at the same time.
