High performance drill concept CoroDrill 880 gets a compliment in the form of Reamer 830. Reamer is a reaming tool that delivers high surface finish. With its modular design and a replaceable cutting head, it is quite easy to change while still fitted in the machine tool spindle. The reaming tool is noted for its precision and easy to handle feature. Precision engineered tapered couplings help hold the cutting head in the holder. This will also deliver the highest levels of concentricity and repeatability with a better radial run-out. The tool has a hexagonal key that will help turn the clamping mechanism to help clamp and release the cutting head. Brazed cermet inserts in grade P10R acts as protective covering. Depending on application, the tool is made of carbon steel, low alloy steel and nodular cast iron. Surface finish ensured with directed cutting fluid.
