These milling inserts with diamond cutting edges are designed to create reliable results in terms of tool life, surface quality, and production times. The instruments are suitable for high volumes, or for high tool wear. The units are characterized by high abrasion resistance, which guarantees very long tool life, resulting in low downtime of the production equipment.
The apparatuses come in either synthetic or diamond blanks on commercially available carbide inserts. Diamonds of the tools may be comprised of any PCD or no binder phase.
