Turning cutting insert / boring / milling / finishing
Carbide inserts with configured lead geometry are provided for bore finishing operations. ISO standards are used for rough boring, turning and milling applications. PCD and CBN inserts are available for all ISO standards and special geometry determined by your workpiece. We have developed proprietary edge preparations for interrupted cuts that will increase tool life and improve surface finish. Monocrystalline inserts have been developed for super micro finish applications e.g. aluminum cast or forged rims, laser mirrors and contact lens machining.
