The KASTObbs block bandsaw delivers a strong performance while occupying little space. It has a strong yet slight saw head that renders 50% less space. It moves in high precision with railing that has pre-loaded lateral rollers.

This bandsaw uses bi-metal or carbide saw blades that are highly adjustable. It efficiently cuts all materials including tough metals such as titanium, hastelloy, and inconel. It is available in 10 different sizes with cutting heights that can go as high as 2060 mm. It also weighs up to 30 tons, with cut-piece lengths of up to 9000 mm. It runs on 22 KW drive power and cuts in a speed to 2000 m/min. It may come in an optional automatic band indexing for longitudinal or cross cutting.
