The FORM 300 sinker park erosion units are equipped with an ISPG (Intelligent Speed Power Generator) which uses patented technologies to deliver new benchmarks in material removal, surface quality and accuracy of form. Electrode wear is minimized in very machine operation from roughing to finishing with the help of graphite or copper electrodes.

The productivity indicates an average increase of 30 percent that has the potential to reach the 100 percent range for pre milled forms. A 50 percent increase can be achieved in erosion speed without any increase in electrode wear even in narrow, deep cavities with poor flushing conditions.
