The FMB manual band saw machine cuts from 0 to 60 right. Version +G has manual/gravitational. Special aluminum casting alloy makes up the head structure. The unit has dynamometric blade tensioning and the blade cleaning brush integrates into the head protection cover. The head handgrip has integrated cycle button. The blade guide has the combined action of side bearings, top bearing and carbide plates. The reduction gear box has an inclined grinded case. Long lasting grease is used to lubricate the hardened teeth.
The output shaft of the reduction 40 mm gearbox and motor wheel connection is a keyless shaft/hub connection. It is an ergonomic work table and control panel. The material clamping vice has fast clamping and manual positioning.
