The AF 100 by Ona Electro-Erosion is a high speed wire electrical discharge (wire EDM) machine which is designed for large die sinking EDM machines. Each unit is designed to have a modular structure that enables variation of configurations. The user can easily configure that unit for a great flexibility application. For manifold configuration of X, Y and Z travels, it has a 800, 1000, 1500 or 2000 mm for X travel and 600, 800, 1000 or 1300 mm for Y travel. For Z travel, it has a working size of 500, 600 or 700 mm. Plus, this tool can allow work pieces that weighs about 10,000 kg.
