Smart DEM is a CNC electric discharge device for high accuracy forged parts and electrodes. The machine is operated by controlled programming.The highest level of general development of device guarantees the best surface quality. Because of its highest process firmness it gives accurate cutting. The machine is equipped with TFT monitor with manual controls for direct programming and quick execution at the machine itself. It has a check up run option to test the machine before starting the process. Strong CAD/CAM software and E-pulse technology are installed in it for better performance. Three types of tools are there Stamps, Cones and Octagon. All three work on different specifications with different timing.
