APos 350 CNC-P / APos 600 CNC-PHigh speed small hole EDM drilling machine with PC control system
In cooperation with Abacus GmbH we have developed the hight-speed EDM-drilling machines of the APos series. The Windows-surface based on Windows offers many possibilities to save time and money and to improve the eroding results. As, for example, it is possible to memorise one's own values gained from experience and to compare those values with the values stored by Heun. Additionally the technology required for the different materials and electrode diameters can be chosen and confirmed by mouse click.
Further more the user can store the prepared programmes sorted in register files under projects and customers. In addition to each programme supplementary information and assisting texts can be stored to make later usage of the programme easier.
The software makes very high quality work possible within shortest time using the highest process safety. The control simplifies the operator's work, prevents possible input errors by using a menu control system and leads the user quickly and efficiently to the required objective. Because of the Windows-surface installed on the APos CNC PC the operator is familiar at once with the control system.
Connecting up to existing internal networks is possible, just as it is also possible to download programmes for further processing from the Internet. Online service world wide with the machines of the APos CNC PC line is realisable.
