This Semiautomatic Band Saw comes with a heavy-steel head, giving it the power to cut from 0 – 45 right and 45 left. The head feeding system contains a hydraulic motor and a front-balanced valve that regulates feeding and optimizes cutting. The inclination of the head helps cut section bars. The head is on two chromate columns lubricated by a centralized system. The blade which is tensioned with a dynamometric wrench provides greater force. The cutting zone is illuminated and a blade-control device ensures vibration-free and noise-free cutting. Broken blades are detected through a sensor. The well-lubricated hardened steel gearbox is fitted with a blade cleaning brush. The carbide plates combined with the side and top bearings guide the blade perfectly. The VHZ electronic blade speed regulation makes changing blade speed easy.
Vice locking is provided with the activation of the motor. The surface of the vice plane is hardened to handle the wear and tear, and is replaceable. The working table is ergonomic and offers maximum comfort, along with a control panel for easy control of all functions.
