The FMB semiautomatic vertical band saw cuts at 0 and quickly approaches the material. The head approach is on square column and double linear guide. It is a dynamometric blade tension. The head feeding system has hydraulic cylinder and front balanced valve for feed guidelines and double guidelines for optimized cutting.The motor gearbox drives the blade cleaning brush. Blade guide has shared action of side bearings, carbide plates and top bearing. The VHZ electronic blade speed regulation offers a full range of blade speed choices and the reduction gear box has set right, hardened bonded steel gears with long lasting grease lubrication.
It has a tough and replaceable vice hardened surface, along with an ergonomic worktable and control panel.
