Imet's H 800 Semiautomatic Twin Column Bandsaws are generally utilized for applications that involve cutting profiles, pipes, beams, and solids. These devices sport steel-welded arches, comprehensive thickness sections, saw frame movement capabilities on linear guides, complete with recirculating balls. These saw frames canted permit the blades to freely cut through the bottoms of the structural sections without any vibration, binding, or sawing rate minimization. They also feature integrated, registrable band guides complete with hard metal pads and guided bearings. The guides are automatically kept nearest the cutting areas.
