These steel solutions are suitable for the storage of 2 IBC. In terms of sump, the carbon steel construction is bent with the use of a fiber system, being equipped with structural reinforces. In addition to this, weldings are provided with electronic control of the gaseous mixtures and edges, ensuring perfect waterproofing. The layout, tolerances, chamfers, rims and nominal weight are suitable as well, in accordance to UNI parameters.The hot-galvanized carbon steel grid comes with heavy load-resistant handles, putting on the 'L' welded profile perimeter and central reinforced omega. In terms of safety labeling, the labeling for accident and pollution prevention is in compliance with current EC and national regulations. Note that registration and trial testing is done by a hydraulic test, made at a full load, for 48 hours at atmospheric pressure at room temperature.
