Automatic storage system with stacker crane - max. 8 000 t | UNITOP
UNITOP is a high rise automatic storage system that offers safe stockholding and excellent space efficiency. One of the notable features of UNITOP is that the operating crane is able to hover above the shelf block. This storage system provides speedy access to individually support cassettes. The materiel requested can also be transported to the station every 2 minutes depending on the system size. UNITOP provides an in depth overview of the inventory at any given time thanks to computer controlled technology. The outfeed/infeed stations are specifically designed based in the KASTo modular concept and can be customized to an individual material workflow. This manufacturing system is extremely flexible with the optional automatic bar separation and KASTo CNC saw.
