V-FFS bagging machine / with auger filler - 120 - 800 p/min
Boato Pack presents V-FFS automatic bagging machine. It is a high-speed multilane machine used for forming and filling of 4-side seal powder sachets. It features the Auger filler dosing system. It can handle reels with width up to 1200mm and diameter of 600mm. It has a modular design that allows fast and easy modification of sachet width.Auger filler doser includes hopper level control. For hopper filling, it has a self-feeding horizontal screw. It has a servomotor with separate control for individual production lanes. It also allows individual changing of speed and the number of screw revolutions. If needed, each lane can be provided with an individual agitating blade. It also has dosing group elevating system which follows machine starts/stops.
The machine includes several standard equipment. These include automatic and motorized unwinding and centering of reel. Also included is automatic detection of registration mark. It has a modem for remote troubleshooting and diagnosing PLC software status. Basic parameters can be adjusted easily from control panel.
