Stickpack bagging machine / V-FFS / multi-line / 3-side sealed
The high speed automatic stickpack machine is used for forming and filling of 3 side seal sticks for liquid products. The machine is capable to handle up to 900mm width and 1000mm diameter reels. The machine frame is composed of specially treated and hardened aluminium, all the parts in contact with the product are composed of ISI 316L stainless steel or foodgrade material. The machine features servo-driven transversal sealing jaws movement, assisted by pneumatic system. The servo-driven reel unwinding is used for correct and constant control of material tension and diameter. The machine ensures constant longitudinal temperature control with individual thermocouple-thermoregulator-heater-current detector on each lane. The double conveyor is used for division of full and empty sticks(while dosing unit is off). The modem is used for remote troubleshooting and PLC software status diagnosis. The control panel enables easy adjustment of basic parameter (output speed, sealing temperatures, enabling of various devices eg. printer, agitator, photocell control, etc.).
