The V-FFS stickpack bagging machine is designed with a modular construction technology that offers fast and convenient sachet width change. It is an automatic and high speed equipment manufactured for filling and forming 4 side seal sachet of powders. It has the capacity to handle reels of up to 1,200 mm wide and 600 mm in diameter. This unit comes in different dosing systems that can be attached on the base of the equipment. It operates using standard parameters for convenient panel adjusting. The V-FFS stickpack bagging machine also consists of standard devices that include motorized and automatic reel unwinding and centering. It also includes registration mark sensors and modem for distant repair and PLC software status diagnosis. Furthermore, the machine comes with optional tear notch, reel join detection, and printing tools.
