The Orved Cuisson SV 31 is a vacuum packing machine specifically designed for restaurant industry and vacuum cooking techniques. This machine is equipped with various options, including the dater which enables date printing of the packing and the number of lot on the border of the bag, by simply placing the vacuum bag between the pad and the stamp. The dater is placed between the vacuum chamber wall and the sealing bar, which makes the resistance free. This dater can be removed from its sledge position to manually change the date or the code which has to be printed on the bags borders. In addition, it can exhibit a pump power of 450 W (50Hz) / 540 W (60Hz) as well as rated capacity vacuum pump of 12 mc/h.
