Automatic tray forming and stapling machine - 3 - 4 p/min | SHA 81 LIFT

The SHA 81 LIFT is designed for use in applications such as feeding, shaping, stapling, reversing, ejecting and handing over. These applications are conducted involving carton blanks of solid or corrugated cardboard to trays. The machine functions through placing carton blanks in the lifting section. A fork lift truck lifts these components from there.

The tray sampling machine provides several capabilities, such as feeding the blanks and ejecting the trays in a transfer device. The equipment optionally offers turning tray bottoms to tray lids.
