Automatic tray former - 35 - 40 p/min | TF12 series
The TS12 is a product of great ingenuity designed by SACMI. It has a maximum capacity of up to 35 / 40 trays per minute. It is equipped with a PLC and control panel for quick changeover and glue lines.Vertical stacker with batch separator with mechanical stacker TS43. It features a continuos pre-folding side flaps by pre-folding system and a guided downward tray forming inside the hopper section through forming plate driven by inverter. During operation it exhibits ray forming inside the hopper and flaps folding through pneumatic cilynders.In line or side finished tray output with stacker and batch separator.
