Wraps UK range of chamber shrink wrapping machine is a cost effective solution introduced for quality wrapping in a proper presentation style. Comprising of two machines, the Combo 55, meant for wrapping products up to 420x550mm and the Combo 85,meant for wrapping for larger products up to 600x860mm, proves to be a complete all in one shrink wrap machine ideal for the requirement of perfect wrapping. Requirements of the machine include a single phase,13 amp supply and an all time present operator for the loading and unloading of products and offers a operational speed of 300 products per hour.The process initiates by the manual loading of the product into the centerfold film followed by the manual lowering of the chamber hood which automatically locks in position using a solenoid.Next the sealing wire cuts and seals the film before the hot air is blown around the chamber for the film to shrink.Later the solenoid disengages and the hood is lifted manually again.In case there is no heat for applying,the product is sealed in a loose bag.Lockable castors make them easily portable.
