The MPS 6500 conveyorized band sealer in the Emplex MPS series is designed to seal bags of any weight, up to 6mm in thickness. Featuring a stainless steel design, the conveyor features a food-grade belt as well as guide rails. In the process of matching any bag size, it can be lowered or raised manually. Bags with weights exceeding two pounds for vertical sealing require conveyors. With the Emplex series, there are many conveyor options and sizes available for heavy-duty processes. The 6500 sealer can be equipped with an optional dry ink or inkjet printer, emboss coder, front end trimmer, etc. Its durable design allows for it to be used 24/7. The variable speed goes up to 12.7m/500" per minute.
