The Saxon SB 2000 Validatable Sealer features 6 heater blocks which are accurately controlled by 6 PIDs with digital readouts. The heaters have a validatable pressure controlled by pneumatics.

Bag feeding will not be possible until the required temperature and correct pressure to the cylinders are reached, therefore ensuring a seal that is produced within the pre-defined values.

A VFD speed controller with a potentiometer is locked away from operator to avoid undesirable changes.
