Rotary heat sealer / vertical / continuous / sachet - max. 12 m/min, 1 000 W | FRM 1010 II INOX

The FRM 1010 II INOX is a stainless steel vertical sealer for bags. Sealing bags with 200 to 320mm height and weighs 5kg is suited for this machine. When it uses a PTFE seal belts, polyethylene, polypropylene, cellophane, paper, aluminum, and other laminates can be sealed. The machine consist of a thermostat that controls the temperature. The speed and welding head can be adjusted. The seal and the top of the bag has a distance of 10mm.

The sealer is composed of a rotative hot marker with interchangeable characters. To achieve an easy reading, the system operates with inked rollers. To carry out marking the desired place, the machine is equipped with a photocell.

The model FRM 1120 LD supports products that weighs 10kg while FR 1120 AL/SL supports 25kg products.
