Reservoir for marking ink bottle
The Nordson ink-dot reservoir manifold assembly efficiently modernizes the old system, and replaces the large stainless steel tanks from the former system. The system is built of rugged aluminum and plexi-glass, and features direct attachment of the ink bottle for efficienct replinishment with minimal risk of spills.The ink bottle is screwed into an aluminum manifold, allowing customers to use the original ink bottle as a supply vessel for the system, and a gasket ensures proper sealing. From the bottom side of the bottle, ink is distributed to the hydraulic system by siphoning. An integrated pressure valve ensures constant operating pressure with no spillage for neat and clean operation.
The mounting dimensions are the same as the old model, providing a cost-effective solution for your system if other parts are still functional. The assembly does not accumulate any sludge, which ensures reliable, maintenance-free operation. A pressure relief valve comes with the assembly and a lower pressure-range regulator is available for greater accuracy and tighter adjustments of the operating pressure.
