This machine can automatically complete the actions of washing, tube loading, positioning, folding, filing, coding, trimming and discharging tubes. The tube positioning is controlled by BANNER Photoelectric Sensor. The machine is also equipped with a temperature control and cooling system where there is no fear of the fill alarm going off. All the parts contacted with material are made up of stainless steel so that cGMP standard can be met. There are options for agitator and temperature control hopper. The metal tube filler can be easily folded in various forms like triple edge, U-shaped folding and twice-edge.It is suitable for all kinds of metal tubes. Regardless of viscosity, the machine provides high filling accuracy for a large range of products.
