The ML616 pharmaceutical filling and capping machine is designed to GMP requirements and is a high-speed rotary monobloc unit. The machine has a capping turret equipped with nine heads and another turret that has 12 filling heads. It has a stainless steel frame surrounding the transmission gears and is separate from the working area. There is also a stainless steel through tabletop conveyor that can be independently controlled and has adjustable guides. All parts that come into contact with the product are constructed from 316L stainless steel, and the high-performance machine has a reduced footprint to save space and allow for highly precise dosing.
There are no dead points or sharp edges, making it easy to clean, and the machine features all the equipment needed to ensure safety during use.
