High speed rotary monobloc machine perfect for filling and capping of vials (2 closures), the design is well suited for the pharmaceutical sector based on GMP specifications. The through table top conveyor, for inlet and out let of bottle is made from stainless steel and comes with guides that are adjustable and can be controlled independently. Additional features are reduced carbon foot print, dosing accuracy, High performance, simplicity of cleaning. Unit comes with a single turret and 12 filling heads plus one capping turret and nine heads. The machine frame comes with transmission gears, that is made from stainless steel which is separate from the area where working takes place.
