Blowing/filling/capping machine - max. 81 000 p/h | InnoPET Blofill
The InnoPET Blofill is a compact machine that is capable of producing highly stable and low-weight PET bottles with capping and filling steps for an efficient line. Changeover is conducted in a very easy and quick manner due to the Speed-Loc quick-change system. The InnoPET BloFill stretch blow molder/filler monobloc is created for big production lines and has a maximum output capacity of 81,000 bottles/hour. There is no need for a feed plate, bottle rinser of air conveyor because the blow molder is connected directly to the filler. The bottles pass directly through the InnoPET Blofill so it is capable of handling lightweight bottles and preforms. The multifunction star at the interface compensates for spacing differences.
