The Contiform AseptBloc is specially designed to produce the contains in sterile conditions perfectly ready for aseptic filling. The unit sterilizes the PET containers long before they were made, unlike the other lines. The process is initiated with a simple but effective trick. The Contiform AseptBloc starts working already on their preforms rather than waiting. Post the preform heating, they are directly sent into the sterile zone for treatment with gaseous hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). The trick here is that the preforms are more even and smaller than bottles which indicates that they require significantly lesser time, energy and sterilisation medium for their treatment. from here the journey continues just as germ-free as it began. The full process of stretch blow moulding, filling and capping are performed in a hermetically sealed sterile zone without any grey zones.
