The 9042 series was designed to provide advantages of the 9040 models to the dairy industry. These units ensure smooth start-up, due to the special head cleaning system and are enclosed in stainless steel cabinets according to IP54 standard, without the retention area for simple cleanup. They feature reinforced umbilicals for added durability and better integration of printhead, 0.8 liter capacity foolproof/sealed cartridge and removable printhead cover (for printhead motion applications). The cabinet design enables fast and easy installation as well as in operation replacement of consumables (with no risk of spillage), while the intuitive and ergonomic operating interface provides comfortable and user-friendly operation. Additional options include a selection of umbilicals (3, 5 or 8m) and IP65 cabinet for humid areas.
