Impulse heat sealer for sterilization pouches and reels. Conforming to DIN 58953-7:2010 standard.Compact heat sealer specially studied for medical, dental, oculist surgeries and laboratories, for the sealing of sterilization pouches and reels as per DIN 58953 P7:2010 rules.
Electromagnetic functioning for higher speed. Sealing lenght and cut mm 350. Sealing height mm 8, as per ISO rules. Electronic sealing time control with autotest function to check the sealing wire temperature. Complete with foil-roll dispenser and built-in cutting device.
Very easy operating, the sealing jaws close by their only pressing by hand, without any lever. At the end of the pre-set time they will automatically open without waiting for any signals.
Sealing and cooling time set by the operator and adjusted by an electronic timer. The alarm and stop electronic protection in case of any faults or over working avoids the overheating and extend the sealing wires life.
Accessories: front support tray - roll holder complete with cutting device.
