The S33S dot marking machines are designed to deliver outstanding results in marking operations. They provide solutions to applications that need to mark products with information that guarantees the quality of the product being marked. They can work efficiently with various shapes and materials such as plastic, metal, glass, etc. The machines weigh 25 kg and have a base area of 160 x 160 mm. Their marking area is 60 x 40 mm. The machine displays alphanumeric and matrix characters in eight different series. Special markings such as linear, slanting, circular and mirror are also available. Type size can be adapted to individual requirements and applications. Numbering is in sequence. The Z-axis is operated manually via a handwheel.
The rated power of the machine is 100-240 V, 50-60 Hz. Pneumatic power supplied is 6 bars. The machine is equipped with an internal clocking system that provides accurate time and date. It is provide with both serial and Ethernet ports to control operations. Two USB ports grant greater versatility in performance due to the capability to transfer, store and retrieve data.
