The S33XL dot marking machines are extremely applicable in operations requiring marking of details that proclaim the guarantee, quality, specifications etc, of the product being marked. The machines deliver excellent results with all kinds of shapes and surfaces such as metal, glass, plastic and other materials. The machine's Z axis is manually operated via a handwheel. The total marking area is 200 x 200mm while the working surface and base of the machine has an area of 220 x 220mm. It weighs 80kg. The font size can be set as per requirement. Alphanumeric characters and matrix characters are offered in eight diverse series. It can provide linear, circular, mirror and slanting markings along with numbering in sequence.
The rated power supply is 100-240V, i.e 50-60Hz. Pneumatic power supplied is 6bar. The machine is equipped with an internal clock that facilitates accurate time and date marking. PLC control is via serial and Ethernet ports. Provision of two USB ports boosts performance owing to increased flexibility in usage. Data can thus be transferred, stored or retrieved easily.
