Jeil MTech presents industrial CNC machine for dot-peen marking. It is suitable for direct and permanent component marking of 105 x 85 mm.MH-100BS ball screw head provides highly accurate 1mm character and 2D data code marking. It provides more stable and superior quality marking in comparison to the marking head with a linear guide module. It has a steel and guideline case. This makes it lighter and simpler for customer application installation.
Ball screw is made of iron. For smooth and long lasting movement, X, Y-axis include a LM Guide within the marking head. Marking window is 110 x 75 mm. The screw head has dimensions (WxLxH) of 6.5cm x 20.5cm x 13cm. It has 8 kg weight. It allows variable and simple installation into customers systems.
