Case sealer adhesive tape / automatic - max. 22 m/min | GEM X 520/670/820
The GEM X 520/670/820, constructed by Ferplast, is an automated self-dimensioning carton sealer made for top and bottom sealing of different boxes. If it is combined with the entrance and the exit conveyors, it can be used by non-specialist staff. It can also operate in lines- which are not controlled by operatives- whenever it is combined with automated units for centring and regulating the flow of boxes. The boxes are fed through the use of two lower side drive belts operated by a single motor. The regulations for the various formats are carried out automatically.
The standard tapping heads are T22 or T23 for adhesive tape with width 50 mm.
