This unit is a semi-automatic case packer that is ideal for small to medium production output. This unit is compact and simple, but is sturdy and reliable. It offers an excellent rate of speed, and requires operators to place the pre-formed cases manually into the loading area. The cartons are transported into the stacking unit and then is automatically loaded and then placed onto another conveyor. This unit is programmed through the Operator Interface Panel, which is contained within the fully enclosed structure. The case feeding area is free of all mechanical movement and safe. The unit provides torque overloading controls on all motors. This user friendly machine can be quickly adjusted to accommodate various cartons. Digital indicators and easily repaired mobile change parts. Machine automatically stops with minimum load at the infeed. Security features meet CE guidelines.
