The MC820 case packer is an automatic horizontal model with a sturdy, space-saving and ergonomic design. With its use of robotized technology, it can deliver exceptional speed and flexibility to ensure enhanced performance.There are several options available for customization with various features such as installation for printers, scanners, barcode scanners, label devices, check weighing devices, etc. A Siemens 677 PC controls operations and brushless motors help with operation performance for full automation. The case blank is inserted into the ergonomic magazine and post insertion, an arm with suction cups picks up the case blank and transfers it to the opening. It guarantees a precise squaring owing to the ability of the suction cups to hold the case blank from top to bottom. The products are grouped and vertically stacked; once inside the hopper, they are pushed into the case.
