This balcony construction intermittent motion horizontal cartoner is developed to be compact, ergonomic, and versatile, while operating at maximum efficiency and taking up limited floor space. The transparent guards allow operator to enjoy full process visibility. All mechanical parts are submerged in an oil bath to extend the life of drive parts and reduce maintenance. The ergonomically placed touch screen control panel provides easy machine interface and management. Noise level is minimal as a result of leading edge conveyor technology. Change overs are on the operator side; digital read outs and millimeter scales make adjustments easy. Multiple rejects for leaflet, product and carton ensure safe handling of production. Unit is ideal for use in the cosmetics industry. The cartoner is GMP compliant.
