ZH120 is an intermittent motion cartoner that is perfect to pack blisters, bottles, pillow packs and vials. The machine can run smoothly to perform stable operations and supports easy changeover for different sizes of the cartons. Due to its changeover ability, it can meet with your different requirements. It can perform different functions, including fold leaflets, open cartons, emboss, tuck-in or hot-melt closures and mechanically discharge cartons. It can make a connection with different machines, including Blister Machine, Pillow Pack Machine, Over-wrapper, etc. The connection proves helpful to form a production packaging line.Carton conveyor chain is the main unit for the cartoner. The chain is used to transfer the opened cartons to different stations and can automatically complete the actions to insert the blister cards and leaflets in the cartons, embossing and closing cartons as well as discharging of cartons. Leaflet conveyor chain is used to send folded leaflets to the blister feeding station and then the both blister cards and leaflets are inserted into cartons together. Cartons can be picked up with carton pick up devices. The one set of the suction cup can suck the cartons from magazine, open the carton and place it on the carton conveyor.
