The ZH220 is a cartoning machine from Jornen that is works in a continuous motion and is suitable for use packaging of blisters, bottles, vials, pillow packs, etc. This machine operates with good stability and delivers easy changeover for cartons in a variety of sizes. It is capable of folding leaflets, open cartons, insert the product and leaf lets into cartons, emboss, tuck-in or hot-melt closures and automatically discharge cartons.The ZH220 has a series of sensors and automatic protection devices to ensure it runs smoothly and effectively. It is capable of connecting with Blister Machine, Pillow Packaging Machine, Shrink-Wrapper, etc., to form a Packaging Line. This machine generates a maximum output of up to 220 cartons/min with carton size that ranges from 55 x 30 x 15 mm up to 160 x 110 x 60 mm.
