STOPPIL The EB6000 is a wheel type cap tightener which is suitable for triggers, screw and spray caps types. Its belts drive the containers while the three sets of wheels screw the caps. The electronic frequency converters enables the speed to be adjusted.

The unit can tight up to 5.000 bottles in every hour. It features almost zero maintenance because every mechanical parts are life-time lubricated. The changeover takes five up to ten minutes without change components.

This product is adjustable to any conveyor. It provides a stainless steel 304 frame and a plastic control cabinet.

The power supply of the unit is 220 V single phase.
