The ML681 series capping and plugging machine can be connected with up to three robotized units. The machine includes various adjustable automation processes for spray pumps, pump calibration etc. It features a robotized final screw capping, programmable stroke adequate to the pump length, a robotized head for pre-assembling and positioning of the caps. All these features can be controlled via user-friendly display. The machine has significant internal memory, meant for saving the calibration data. The ML681 is a high performance machine, with the speeds of up to 80 bottles/minute. It is mostly used in cosmetic industries, for careful adjustment of the automated system.
